Writing Circles

Writers' Circles are for members living in isolated areas or those who are unable to attend meetings or classes for any reason. The Circles offer the opportunity to become part of a small group of fellow writers, made up of all ages and levels of experience. The aim of a Writers' Circle is to extend encouragement and assistance, to help develop writing skills or sometimes simply to be a reason to write.

Each Circle has an editor who collates contributions from each member, attaches a comments sheet and circulates this package around the group. In this way work is read, commented on, shared and returned.

Groups are not usually more than eight members.

There is now also an on-line group who receive their magazine via email. Further groups are envisaged in the future.

'In Print' magazine
